Due to the modifications included in this amendment and according to the European and Italian regulations (par. 4.3.1.1 PRAG and other applicable regulations) the timetable of the tender and all the applicable deadlines are amended as follows (applicable to Sections 2, 10, 13 and 19 of the Instructions to Tenderers, Section 18 of the Supply Contract Notice and to any other document in the tender dossier, including also all the timetables and deadlines calculated starting from any of those modified by this amendment, such as, but not limited to, the validity of the offers and of the guarantees):

Tenders must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, shipped preferably by express courier in order to minimise the risk of incorrect/late/missed delivery, or hand-delivered against receipt signed by the Procedure Manager or its representative.
Any tender received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered.
